Clients sign up directly with the tool provider unless a separate Atsirne setup or support service has been booked.
Atsirne Systems can help clients choose, review or connect selected tools where this forms part of a paid Systems Review, Assisted Setup or Managed Systems service.
DIY support boundary
If you choose a tool from the DIY or Academy route and set it up yourself, support for that tool comes from the tool provider.
Atsirne Systems provides support only where a Systems Review, Assisted Setup or Managed Systems service has been booked.
DIY resources and tool recommendations are intended to help clients make clearer decisions, but they do not replace a paid setup, maintenance or support agreement.
Paid setup & managed support
Assisted Setup is a defined paid project with a clear scope, deliverables and end point.
Managed Systems is ongoing monthly support for selected maintenance, checks and system support.
Both services are quoted after a Systems Review or discovery process because the required work depends on the client’s current setup, tools and level of support needed.
Client data responsibility
Clients remain responsible for the information they collect, store and use in their own business tools, including customer lists, enquiries, records, consent and marketing communication.
Atsirne Systems will only use information shared with us for the purpose of responding to the enquiry, completing the booked service, or managing the agreed client relationship.
Clients should not submit passwords, banking details, payment gateway logins, accounting logins or sensitive customer data through public website forms.
Privacy & POPIA
Personal information submitted through this website, such as an enquiry form or Systems Review request, is used to respond to the request and manage the related communication.
Where relevant, enquiry details may be shared with a selected specialist so they can respond directly to the client’s request.
Businesses remain responsible for how they collect, store and use their own customers’ information, including consent, opt-outs and direct marketing compliance under POPIA.
No guaranteed outcome
Atsirne Systems aims to provide practical guidance, clearer next steps and better system direction.
However, results depend on the client’s current setup, available information, chosen tools, implementation, third-party provider performance and ongoing use.
A Systems Review or recommendation does not guarantee a specific business result, ranking, lead volume, revenue increase or platform outcome.
