Systems Reviews, Assisted Setup projects and Managed Systems retainers are paid directly to Atsirne for the work provided. Our role is to help you understand what your business needs, what should be simplified, and what support level fits best.

A Systems Review is a once-off review of your current digital setup. We look at your website maintenance, tools, lead flow, CRM, email marketing, payments, reporting and workflows.
After the review, we provide a written summary and recommend the next step. This may be a tool recommendation, assisted setup, managed systems support, Atsirne Design support or referral to a specialist.

Atsirne Systems is for South African SMEs that feel their digital setup is scattered, difficult to manage or not properly connected.
It is useful for businesses that have a website, email, WhatsApp, CRM, spreadsheets, social media tools, payment tools or reporting tools, but no clear system tying everything together.

Does Atsirne Systems build websites?
Website design and brand identity work sits under Atsirne Design.
Atsirne Systems may review website maintenance, enquiry forms, lead flow, connected tools and website-related systems. If the business needs a new website, website redesign or brand work, we may route the enquiry to Atsirne Design.
Does Atsirne Systems recommend software tools?
Yes. Atsirne Systems recommends selected business tools where they are a practical fit for the business.
We do not recommend tools just to add more software. We look at what the business already uses, what is duplicated, what is disconnected and what should stay, connect, improve or be removed.
Can Atsirne Systems set up tools for us?
Yes, where it forms part of a paid Assisted Setup project.
Some tools can be managed by the business directly. Other tools may need setup support, workflow planning or connection to the website, CRM, email marketing, payments or reporting process.
What is Managed Systems Support?
Managed Systems Support is ongoing monthly support for selected website, tool, workflow and system checks.
It is suitable for businesses that need regular monitoring, maintenance and practical support instead of handling everything themselves.
What happens if we need a specialist?
If the next step sits outside Atsirne Systems’ direct scope, we may route the client to a relevant independent specialist.
Specialists may help with areas such as IT support, accounting, tax, social media, business coaching or payment collections. The specialist handles their own advice, pricing, timelines and service delivery directly with the client.
How much does a Systems Review cost?
A Systems Review is R950 once-off.
It includes a review of the current setup, a written summary and a recommended next step. If further setup, maintenance or managed support is needed, that work is quoted separately.
